Three Departments Team Up for Fire Prevention Education at Steel-High Elementary

Harrisburg, Pa.—October 16— Swatara Fire-Rescue, located at 599 Eisenhower Blvd., joined forces with the Steelton Fire Department and Citizen’s Fire Company #1 of Highspire for a Fire Prevention Week visit to Steel-High Elementary School.
The event brought together firefighters from three departments to deliver a shared message of fire safety and preparedness. Students from both Steelton and Highspire boroughs had the opportunity to meet the firefighters, explore apparatus, and learn what to do in case of a fire.
