Lower Swatara Township, Pa. — September 25, 2025 — The Lower Swatara Fire Department and mutual aid companies responded Saturday afternoon to a house fire on Woodridge Drive that was initially reported with possible entrapment.
Engine 59 arrived to find a small fire confined to a bedroom, with all occupants safely outside. Crews stretched two hoselines, quickly knocked down the fire, and checked for extension before holding remaining units on scene for overhaul.
