October 06, 2025 - The Fire Department launched Fire Prevention Week with an engaging visit from Boy Scout Troop 241. During the event, firefighters reviewed essential fire safety basics with the Scouts before guiding them through a hands-on Fire Extinguisher Training Exercise. It was a perfect blend of education and action — demonstrating that safety truly starts with learning and doing.
