Lower Paxton Township, Pa. — October 14, 2025 — While NFPA Fire Prevention Week has ended, Colonial Park Fire Company #1 continues to lead a month-long series of community outreach events across Lower Paxton Township for Fire Prevention Month.
Coordinated by lifetime member Marlene Cosner, the program includes daily visits to schools, daycares, churches, and local businesses. Firefighters provide safety demonstrations, distribute educational materials, and promote awareness of home-safety practices.
