Three-Alarm Structure Fire in Brea

BREA, CA - On October 18th at 3:00pm Brea Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire on the 500 block of E Coyote Canyon Way in the city of Brea. When the first unit arrived they reported a two-story single-family residence well involved with fire in the rear of the home. The fire quickly spread to the second floor and the attic. Crews ventilated by going to the roof and cutting several holes. Fire units from Brea, Fullerton, Anaheim, Placentia and Orange County Fire Authority joined forces to control this three-alarm fire. Incident Command called a “knock down” on the fire in approximately forty minutes. No injuries were reported.
