New Kingstown, PA - Tanker 33 responded early Monday morning on 20th October to assist with a large mutual aid fire in Jackson Township, York County. The unit was dispatched shortly after 06:00 and returned around 15:00 after completing extensive operations and a thorough cleaning.
During the incident, Tanker 33 supplied a total of seven loads of water, first serving as a nurse tanker and later operating its deck gun to support suppression efforts. Firefighters Freer and Oka, both volunteers, covered the response.
