Carlisle, Pa. — October 10 — Members of Carlisle Fire & Rescue Services and Union Fire Company No. 1 held their annual live burn training on Friday night . A total of 24 firefighters took part in realistic fire evolutions that tested teamwork, communication, and fireground tactics.
The session allowed crews to refine hose advancement, search operations, and coordinated fire attack in controlled conditions. Both departments commended participants for dedicating their Friday night to skill development and safety readiness.
