Cherry Hill, NJ - The Cherry Hill Fire Department joined forces with students from Cherry Hill East High School to deliver an engaging fire safety program for younger students at Stockton Elementary School. The initiative was organized by Cherry Hill East seniors from the “Fire Safety Initiative” group — Josh Resnick, Eli Birnbaum, and Jacob Adler.

The program was inspired by one of the seniors who experienced a house fire several years ago and wanted to raise awareness about fire safety among children. During the presentation, the students emphasized the importance of having working smoke alarms and knowing how to exit a home quickly in case of an emergency.
