Pleasant Gap, Pa. — October 1 — The Alpha Fire Company assisted on a confined space rescue in Pleasant Gap after reports of two individuals trapped in a cave. Rescue 5, Service 55 with UTV 5, and Utility 5-4 responded as part of Box 840.

Cave rescue specialists were called to support local crews, who located the pair and guided them safely out. Both individuals were evaluated by EMS on scene and released without injury. The operation highlighted strong coordination between regional fire, rescue, and specialized teams.
