Two-Vehicle Crash Blocks Northbound Route 100 in Uwchlan Township

On October 17, 2025, around 6:00 p.m., Lionville Fire Company (LCFC) and Uwchlan Ambulance were dispatched to the intersection of Route 100 and Birchrun Road for a two-vehicle accident. Upon arrival, QRS 73 found both vehicles blocking the northbound lane of Route 100. Rescue 73, Traffic 73, and Deputy 73 arrived shortly thereafter.
Traffic 73 and Deputy 73 managed traffic control while the Rescue 73 crew addressed leaking fluids and cleared debris from the roadway. The scene was cleared, and all units were made available approximately 45 minutes later.
