NORWICH, CT - During the afternoon of Sunday, October 15th, all hands operated at a car off the road and over an embankment under the Viaduct. Companies stabilized the vehicle with Res-Q-Jacks and a Griphoist, equipment and training obtained through a recent AFG grant. A rope system was also set up to haul the patient up the embankment where they were transported to the hospital.
