On Sunday 10/5/25 Norwich members past and present gathered at Fire Headquarters to document a moment in time, showing where our organization has been and where it stands today. Our local is built upon the hard work of those dedicated members who came before us. We are lucky to enjoy their presence and the ability to pass on their experience to our younger members. Retired members of all ranks filled in with the active members in front of Headquarters for a photo opportunity. We are grateful to Battalion Chief Pat Curtin for organizing this.

Afterwards, members gathered with their families at Mohegan Park for the Annual Local 892 Family Picnic. Thank you to Platoon 3 for organizing this year’s event and for Naples Pizza for the food onsite. A great time was had by all!
