Slippery Rock, Pa. — October 9 — According to the Slippery Rock Volunteer Fire Company and Rescue Team's September 2025 Monthly Call Report, both fire and EMS operations are experiencing a consistent workload. In addition to 148 EMS calls—of which 133 were medical emergencies—crews also responded to 10 auto accidents, 3 brush fires, and 2 structure fires. Members responded to 58 fire-related incidents, including 6 service calls, 9 vehicle accidents, 4 structure fires, 5 EMS assists, 4 brush fires, 1 missing person search, and 29 automatic fire alarms.
