Saxonburg, Pa. — October 6 — On Monday, members of Station 15 and Station 45 joined the Saxonburg Police Department and Butler County ESU officers at The Learning Village Early Childhood Development Center for a show-and-tell event as part of Fire Prevention Month.
Children had the opportunity to explore fire trucks and police vehicles, meet first responders, and learn about safety and emergency preparedness in a fun, hands-on way.
The event was part of the departments’ ongoing outreach efforts during October, aimed at promoting fire safety awareness and building positive connections between public safety professionals and the community’s youngest residents.
