Engine 21 Crew Performs Quick Extrication in Two-Vehicle Incident

Cranberry Township, Pa. — October 9 — On Thursday morning, Cranberry Township Volunteer Fire Company Station 21 was dispatched to a motor-vehicle accident with unknown injuries. Engine 21, Rescue 21, and Fire Police responded, with E21 arriving first and confirming one person trapped.
An inside rescuer immediately began patient care until the arrival of EMS, while additional crew members removed the driver’s-side door to complete the extrication. The patient was safely freed and transferred to EMS for evaluation.
All units operated without issue and cleared the scene after assisting with debris removal and traffic control.
