Elsinboro, N.J. — October 10 — The Elsinboro Fire Company wrapped up another successful Fire Prevention Day with students from pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. Firefighters led interactive safety lessons, followed by a popular fire-safety relay that gave students a hands-on way to practise key fire-prevention skills.

The department emphasized that community education remains a vital part of its mission and thanked local schools for supporting the annual effort. To keep the momentum going, Elsinboro Fire Company will host its Fire Prevention Open House tomorrow, inviting residents to visit the station, meet firefighters, and try out the “stop, drop, and roll” mats featured during classroom sessions.
