Winona Lake and Orange Lake FD responded to vehicle into guard rail Eastbound Interstate 84 in area of 37 mile marker. Firefighters checked vehicle
for hazards and spread speedy dry. Vehicle struck rear axile of tractor trailer and went into guard rail. Driver refused medical treatment. New York State
Police investigating the cause.
