September 21 — Ambridge, Pa. The Ambridge Firefighters spent the entire day engaging with the community by taking part in a number of events throughout the borough and its environs. The department's attendance at the Economy Borough Community Days, which were hosted at the municipal complex, was one of the day's highlights. For the well-liked "Touch-a-Truck" part of the event, Ambridge firefighters brought their boat so locals and kids could get a better look at the tools and processes used by the department.
