October 10 — Baldwin, Pa: Two long-planned projects at Baldwin Fire Rescue, Station 106-3, are making significant progress. After three years of development, the department's new Sutphen engine is almost finished, and later this month, members will visit the factory to inspect the chassis and body. After that, the engine will travel to FMI for the mounting of specially made equipment before going back home for maintenance.
