September 13 — South Baldwin Pa: A residential structure fire on Downing Street in South Park Township prompted Baldwin Fire Rescue, Station 106-3, to respond as part of a second alarm assignment. Following several 911 calls indicating a working house fire, Stations 270, 271, 232, 110, 26, and 64 were part of the initial dispatch. Crews from Baldwin Fire Rescue worked alongside companies from Library, Pleasant Hills, Bethel Park, and others to assist with exposure protection and second-floor operations. Firefighters placed ground ladders, advanced lines for interior attack, and joined overhaul efforts once the bulk of the fire was knocked down.
