Tree Fire Extends to Apartment Building in Anaheim

Anaheim, CA - On September 30th at approximately 2:00pm Anaheim Fire & Rescue responded to a reported structure fire on the 1400 block of N State College in the city of Anaheim. Upon arrival, first in units found a palm tree on fire which spread to a nearby two-story apartment complex. The fire spread from the roof to the eaves of the second-story apartment. The tree fire and apartment fire was knocked down in approximately 15 minutes. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
