Pittsburgh, PA - Box 259 was transmitted for a reported working fire. Engine 259, assigned as the first-due engine, performed a split lay to establish the water supply. Truck 247 arrived as the first-due truck, while Ladder 149 conducted rooftop ventilation operations. Engine 260 was tasked with the primary search.
Thanks to a rapid water application by Engine 259, the fire was contained to two rooms. Command was held by the 259 Deputy. The cause of the fire remains under investigation by the ACFM.
