Fountaindale, PA - On September 26, 2025, at approximately 3:38 a.m., emergency crews were dispatched to Box 3-5 for a reported vehicle accident on Waynesboro Pike near Jacks Mountain Road. Responders arrived to find a pickup truck on its side with no occupants requiring medical attention. The incident remains under investigation by the Pennsylvania State Police.
