On October 12th the Brookhaven fire department was activated for a reported automatic fire alarm 5-3-30 got on the road and fire com notified him that they were getting reports for a basement fire at the same location. 5-3-30 got on scene and had smoke showing and reactivated the working fire. Mastic engine 1 was first due and stretched a line and extinguished all fire more crews responded in and started doing overhaul. The scene was placed under control within 2 and a half hours later.
