10 People Displaced by Working Dwelling Fire in Kutztown

KUTZTOWN, PA - On October 4, 2025 at 6:05 P.M., companies from Berks and Lehigh counties assisted the Kutztown Fire and Rescue in controlling a working three-story dwelling fire with extension to a similar dwelling. The fire was dispatched for 451 W. Walnut St. Ten people were displaced by the fire. A female and a child were transported to the hospital with smoke inhalation. There were no additional reports of injuries.
