Bloomfield, N.J. — October 4 — On Saturday, the Bloomfield Fire Department hosted its monthly Car Seat Installation Event at Fire Headquarters from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The free service was offered to Bloomfield residents, providing professional assistance with the proper installation and inspection of child safety seats. The event, held on the first Saturday of each month (excluding holidays), is part of the department’s continued commitment to community safety and injury prevention.
