Fast Scene Management: First Responders Clear Injury Accident in Yorktown

Yorktown, NY - Moments after concluding hands-on aerial training on Sunday, September 27, 2026, Yorktown Heights volunteer firefighters were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident with personal injuries at the intersection of NYS Route 132 and NYS Route 202.

First-due YHFD crews arrived quickly to assess the collision, establish traffic control, and isolate vehicle hazards. Firefighters stabilized the vehicle while emergency medical personnel treated an injured motorist on scene.
