Funeral Services Held for Past Chief Leonard “Lenny” Ferrari

Oct. 5, 2025 — The Green Township Fire Department announced the funeral services for Past Chief and Life Member Leonard “Lenny” Ferrari, who recently passed away after more than five decades of dedicated service to the department and community.

A public viewing was held on Sunday, October 5th, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Green Township Firehouse.


Following the viewing, Fireman’s Services took place at Tranquility Cemetery on Maple Avenue in Green Township.

Parking information was shared with attendees prior to the service.

Chief Ferrari’s legacy of leadership, mentorship, and selfless service remained a cornerstone of the Green Township Fire Department and the community he faithfully served for more than 50 years.
