Oct. 2025 — Patriot Night shined brightly under the Friday night lights at Arthur L. Johnson High School, where members of the Cranford Fire Department joined the community to honor and thank local veterans for their service.

The evening was filled with school spirit, reflection, and gratitude as attendees gathered to recognize those who have served in the armed forces. A special highlight came when the department celebrated one of its own — Firefighter Emily Sá, a proud veteran — for her dedication both to her country and her community.

The department extended its thanks to Johnson Football and ALJ High School for organizing such a meaningful event, which served as a powerful reminder of what true service, sacrifice, and community pride look like.
