HOLTSVILLE, NY - Two people were injured after a car and tractor-trailer collided on the westbound Long Island Expressway between exits 63-62 on October 11th. The crash caused the car to drive into the cement dividing wall, crushing it. Both the driver and passenger were able to get out of the car on their own. The HOV and left lanes were closed for about 25 minutes during the incident.
