Crews Respond to One-Vehicle Crash in Sanford

— October 5, 2026 — Firefighters from the Deposit Fire Department and EMS personnel from Eastern Broome Emergency Services responded to a reported single-vehicle motor vehicle collision involving injuries on Oquaga Lake Road in the Town of Sanford. 

According to the Deposit Fire Department’s October 5 update, the response occurred on Monday afternoon. The responding units consisted of Squad 22-1 Rescue 22, Midi-Pumper 22, and Ambulance 8423.
