Coordinated Beaver County Response Battles Morning Structure Fire in Brighton Township

Chippewa, PA - Volunteer firefighters from the Chippewa Township Volunteer Fire Department mobilized Sunday morning to provide mutual aid suppression support at a second-alarm residential structure fire in Brighton Township, Beaver County.
On the morning of September 13, 2026, Chippewa Township crews received an escalated dispatch requesting apparatus and personnel to assist Brighton Township Volunteer Fire Department (Station 63), who were battling an active, working building fire.
In response, Chippewa firefighters turned out Engine 22 with a five-member crew to join the second-alarm assignment. Upon arriving on scene, the crew integrated into ongoing fireground operations, supporting interior attack lines, water supply management, and structural ventilation efforts alongside neighboring Beaver County companies until the blaze was brought under control.
