Middlebury Fire Department Assists Region 5 During Busy Stretch

Middlebury, CT - Middlebury Engine 1 is currently standing by in Waterbury as crews address ongoing water main issues. It’s been a particularly active period for the Middlebury Volunteer Fire Department. In addition to handling their regular call volume, MVFD responded with Region 5 Dive to assist in a drowning incident in Waterbury and deployed Truck 1 for standby coverage during a major fire in Torrington.
