Reserve TWP, PA - Volunteer firefighters from the Reserve Volunteer Fire Department (Station 317) mobilized early Monday morning to assist neighboring emergency crews in battling a working residential structure fire in Millvale Borough, Allegheny County.

On the morning of September 28, 2026, Station 317 was dispatched as part of a mutual aid structural assignment to support local Millvale fire companies tackling an active house fire. Reserve firefighters arrived on location and immediately integrated into ongoing fireground operations, bolstering suppression lines, advancing hose to combat the flames, and assisting with interior operations to contain the fire and prevent further extension through the dwelling.

Crews operated on the fireground alongside regional mutual aid partners, conducting overhaul, checking for hidden pockets of heat, and ensuring the residence was thoroughly ventilated and stabilized before packing up equipment and returning to quarters.
