South Portland, Maine — October 6 — Several members of the South Portland Fire Department and Local 1476 took part in the Maine Marathon on Monday morning, Firefighter/Paramedic Liz Pfeffer and Firefighter/EMT Ian Blake each completed the full marathon. In addition, Firefighter/Paramedic Neils Knudsen, Lieutenant Zack Tooker, Firefighter/Paramedic Skyler Horrigan, and Firefighter/EMT Amos Wright successfully completed the marathon relay.
