Penn Forest TWP, PA - Emergency services mounted an urgent multi-agency rescue response late Thursday night after a vehicle overturned along State Route 903, leaving occupants injured and blocking travel lanes.
Operating under incident dispatch run number 2026-206 during the late-night hours of September 24, 2026, the Penn Forest Township Volunteer Fire Company 2 was alerted to an emergency rollover collision along State Route 903, just south of its junction with State Route 534. The department deployed an extensive apparatus package to the highway, turning out Engine 2210, Brush 2244, and Rescue 2255.
First responders arrived on scene to confirm an overturned automobile with reported injuries. Firefighters quickly moved to secure the immediate hazard zone, deploying structural stabilization struts and cribbing to steady the inverted vehicle, cutting battery feeds to eliminate ignition risks, and establishing fire protection lines.
