October 2, East Hartford, Conn. A few East Hartford Fire Department personnel attended the First Due Unify 2025 Conference in Kansas City on behalf of the department. Departments from all over the country that use First Due, a feature-rich software platform for scheduling, records management, incident reporting, inventory tracking, and other essential tasks, are gathered at the conference. After less than two years of use, East Hartford FD attributes its improved organization and insightful departmental operations to the platform. Assistant Chief Steve Alsup's award from First Due for his hard work and efficiency with the software's scheduling feature made this year's conference particularly noteworthy for the department.
