Canton Crews Aid Task Force 54 in Battling Torrington Commercial Fire

Canton, Conn. — September 28 — The Town of Canton Fire & EMS Drone Team was called to the scene of a large commercial building fire at around 2:00 a.m. on Sunday. Canton's Ladder 2 was sent out as part of Task Force 54 to assist with the firefighting effort shortly after the initial request. In order to help contain the fire, Ladder 2 and its crew have been working on the scene, using the aerial waterway for continuous master stream operations.
