No Serious Injuries After Moving Car Strikes Parked Vehicle on 2700 Block of Washington Boulevard

McKeesport, PA- Emergency responders were summoned to the 2700 block of Washington Boulevard on Monday evening after a moving vehicle struck an unattended parked car in front of a residential home.


At approximately 6:45 p.m. on September 21, 2026, the Volunteer Fireman's Association of Liberty Borough and Citizen’s Hose Co. 1 of Glassport (Station 161) were dispatched to a reported motor vehicle collision involving possible civilian injuries.


Liberty Borough Rescue 183 and Glassport Engine 161 arrived to find that a vehicle traveling westbound along Washington Boulevard had veered off its travel path, colliding directly with a vehicle parked along the curb line. Both vehicles sustained moderate front-end and body damage from the impact.


First responders evaluated the driver on scene and confirmed that no serious injuries were sustained in the crash.


Operating crews stabilized the damaged vehicles, applied absorbent to fluid spills, and swept scattered debris from the travel lanes to restore safe roadway conditions before returning apparatus to service.
