Warren, R.I. — September 11 — Members of the Warren Police Department and Warren Fire Department participated in a wreath-laying ceremony at the Town Wharf on Thursday morning at 8:46 a.m. to commemorate the 24 years since American Airlines Flight 11 crashed into the World Trade Center's north tower.
