Leesburg, N.J. — September 25 — On Thursday, the Leesburg Volunteer Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle crash in the Delmont section. Crews arrived to find a single-car crash with two patients lying in the roadway.
Squad 89 was already on scene assessing the patients and had requested a second ambulance and advanced life support. Leesburg firefighters assisted with patient care and managed traffic while the injured were stabilized and loaded into ambulances. Two patients were transported to a local hospital, and one individual refused further treatment at the scene.
