Dennis Township, N.J. — September 11 —In commemoration of the nearly 3,000 people who died on September 11, 2001, including the 343 firefighters from the Fire Department of New York (FDNY) who gave their lives, members of the Dennis Volunteer Fire Company joined the country in marking the 24th anniversary of the terrorist attacks.
