24 September 2025 - The members of Company 5 joined fellow Garfield Fire Companies in attending the swearing-in ceremony for the new City of Garfield Chaplain, Pastor John Czubkowski. Pastor John, who has faithfully served as Chaplain for the Fire Department over the past several years, was officially appointed by the City Council to serve as Chaplain for the entire city. His spiritual guidance and dedication to the community have been invaluable, and the department extends its best wishes to Pastor John as he begins this new chapter in service.
