Limerick Township, PA - On September 22nd, 23rd and 24th, the Limerick Fire Department hosted the 142nd Convention of the Pennsylvania Firefighters Assn. to celebrate over 100 years of volunteer service to Limerick Township. Over the three days, meetings and various training sessions were held. On Saturday, September 25th, the Pennsylvania Firefighters Assn. Parade was held through the Village of Limerick in Limerick Township where 180 pieces of apparatus and various marching units from throughout Pennsylvania participated.
