Martinsville Fire units responded to a reported vehicle fire in front of Paris Baguette, where Chief 43 confirmed a working pickup truck fire. Crews quickly went to work while protecting nearby exposures.

The situation was complicated when the truck began leaking gasoline, making extinguishment more challenging. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.

All units returned to quarters after two hours. The Martinsville Fire Department expressed gratitude to the Bridgewater Police Department and the Somerset County HazMat team for their assistance.
