Verona Fire Department Rescues Kitten from Verona Park Dam

The Verona Fire Department responded to Verona Park today to rescue a tiny kitten clinging to vegetation on the retaining wall near the dam. After safely rescuing the kitten, members carefully searched the shoreline to ensure no others were in danger. Thanks to their quick response and thorough efforts, the kitten is now safe and sound.
