September 9, 2025 — The Arcade Fire Department announced that its newest ambulance, Arcade 1, has officially been certified by the New York State Department of Health and is now in service.
The certification marks a significant step forward in enhancing emergency medical response for the community. Arcade 1 has been moved into the department’s primary ambulance bay and will serve as the frontline unit for emergency calls.
Department officials noted that the new vehicle is expected to provide reliable service for many years, ensuring timely and well-equipped medical support to residents.
