Warminster firefighters train on fire behavior during drill

WARMINSTER, Pa. (Saturday, Sept. 20) — Firefighters in Warminster focused on fire behavior during a recent drill, combining classroom instruction with live demonstrations to better understand fire growth and ventilation.
Senior firefighters led the training using the Palmer Dollhouse fire behavior prop, showing how flames develop and react under different conditions. Department officials said the exercise reinforced critical knowledge of flashover and ventilation while giving members a practical, hands-on experience.
The department also thanked a local business, In & Out Express Pizza 4, for providing dinner to the firefighters after the drill.
