September 9, 2025 — The Medusa Volunteer Fire Company extended congratulations to firefighter Robert Pondiscio for successfully completing the Basic Exterior Firefighting Operations (BEFO) course.
The 79-hour program is a significant commitment of time and effort, equipping firefighters with critical skills to safely and effectively operate on scene. With this training completed, Pondiscio is now even better prepared to support the department’s emergency response efforts.
The Medusa Volunteer Fire Company commended his dedication and hard work, noting that the accomplishment strengthens both the department and the community it serves.
