DUXBURY, MA - Firefighters responded to the area of 240 Harrison St. on September 14th for a motor vehicle accident with one person trapped. A 17-year-old female was extricated from the vehicle. Medflight was called and landed at the Train Field Landing Zone. The patient was flown to Mass General Hospital where she later died from her injuries.
